What I did: Paired with Mark O’Keeffe to design the user experience and run user research for two internal Metro Trains apps. Assisted with project management and quality assurance testing throughout.
Challenge: Both apps aimed to digitise Metro’s paper-based systems and increase efficiencies for their internal processes. The challenge lay in change management. These apps needed to provide a smooth transition from paper to screen. We wanted staff to want to use it. That required a lot of homework and a whole lot of listening to user needs. I was all ears.
